Customer Service is amazing! Timing is fast called him on Thursday evening and he came out Friday morning. He completed the back-flow inspection and was able to replace our bonnet assembly to the back-flow and get our results submitted in the same day. Definitely would recommend and will be a returning customer.

I contacted Tru Patriot for backflow testing for our residential home. I am located out of state and received notice that testing was needed a week before the due date but Scott assured me that he would be able to get the testing done the next day. Patrick serviced (backflow) my elderly parents home. I manage 90% of my parents affairs due to their age, so I had to coordinate everything with Patrick for them. Scott explained the whole situation to me as I was not aware of the backflow testing required by the city, since this is my 5th year in the house. What I like the must about this company was, he always try to find the way to save us money, but still able to fix it right. Never tried selling me anything that I didn’t need. Guys! There is the reason why this company got 5 star rating!!!
I found out my irrigation box was flooded and created a puddle of water while I was mowing my lawn in the late afternoon. I was contacted by TRU Patriot irrigation the same day and was told that they could show up the next day. They did show up on time, took a look, gave me a quote, and took care of the issue w/i an hour while I was at work. The issue was that one of the pieces wasn't glued properly and created the leak. My wife was home with my baby. She mentioned how professional the crews were. I came home and the ground was dried again. Great customer service!!!
